HAS Children's Foundation exists to uplift the new generation with skills, health and education.

Based in Glasgow, we are the lead organisation of a charitable network that spans Scotland, England and Uganda. Our Scotland team leads on governance, safeguarding and standards — ensuring every young person we reach is treated with dignity, care and respect.

We support individuals aged 15 and over through comprehensive guidance, resources and community engagement. Every interaction is confidential, every service is free, and every programme is monitored for real, measurable impact.

Our Story

Four Decades of Service

Since 1979, HAS Children's Foundation has grown from a local Scottish initiative into an international foundation supporting thousands.

1979 — The Beginning

HAS Children's Foundation is founded in Scotland to support young people and families facing hardship in local communities.

Growing Roots

Programmes expand into education, health and vocational skills — mostly in developing countries — guided by faith-based, community-led values.

Going Global

Partner offices open in England and Uganda, extending care to children and families beyond Scotland's borders.
